I am a Learning professional who strives to customize training solutions to fit participant needs with a fresh approach. Although I bring a wealth of experience, I value the importance of collaborating with business experts, and keeping my core instructional design skills current.
I have led multiple training initiatives - simple and complex. Local and global. I am also open to taking on projects where I am not the lead because I love the creative process of developing interactive courseware.
